Problems resolved, nice customer service
Update: The company has since resolved the issues I had and quickly. I will be doing business once again with them! Thank you! I've dealt with this company a couple times with no problem. The most recent time...they tried to tell me 2 of my boxes went past the date and only paid me half, I double checked that they were ALL within date range. I also included a $5 coupon and they insisted I didn't. When I know very well I did. And then they kept arguing with me about it. Won't be doing business with them anymore.

Hi Diane! We apologize for this situation and we would like to make this right for you! I reviewed your account and I see we did apply your $5 bonus. Also your boxes did have an expiration date of 3/2021. Boxes must be dated 4/2021 and after to receive the full payout. Which explains why you were paid 50% less for your boxes. These are not considered expired but did fall short of our minimum date allowed. Please contact us so we can make this right for you. We will also be reaching out to you via email to rectify this.
