Hi Mary! We emailed you regarding your payout. I reviewed your order and only 1 box was perfect. The other 5 boxes were indeed damaged. We emailed you a photo of your damaged boxes. Boxes must be in perfect condition in order to receive the full payout. Due to the damage you were paid 50% less for each of the damaged boxes. As you can see in the photo attached there was damage across all the seals of the boxes. We do have a policy in place to avoid situations like this. Our goal is not to scam our customers or to be unfair, but to build long lasting relationships. Please check your email in regards to a future offer! Thank you!

Hello Stacy. I reviewed your order and your one box was pretty damaged and not sealed. For that reason, we could not issue you a payout on that one box. Our policy states boxes must be in perfect/new condition in order to receive the full payout. They must also be manufactured sealed. This policy is what all other companies require as well. We highly recommend to fully inspect your boxes before sending them to our location. We greatly value all of our customers and we are not in business to be unfair or to scam our customers. Hello Bonnie. I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was due to the brand of testing strips. The price for the AccuChek Aviva testing strips has been decreasing in price over this past year. This change in price is due to the manufacturer stopping production on these strips. This has affected the entire marketplace for every website that buys them. As an honest company, we would highly recommend switching brands. Two of our higher paid brands are the One Touch Ultra 100 and Freestyle Lite 100. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We will be contacting you via email as well. Hi Kathleen. I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was due to your expiration dates. Also, one of your boxes was not manufactured sealed. Boxes must be manufactured sealed in order to receive a payout. Our policy states, boxes must be dated 8/2022 and LATER to receive the full payout OR range from 5/2022-7/2022 to receive a 50% less payout. Your boxes fell short. Hi James. I reviewed your order and the price for the Contour Next 100 count boxes changed last month to $25 per box. We always recommend reviewing our website for any price changes. If it's within a 2 week window, we will honor the higher price.
