Hi Jonathan. I reviewed your order and looked at our camera footage and your box did have some kind of residue/glue damage under the label. This is something the pharmacy may have done. We always recommend checking your boxes before leaving the pharmacy. Also, we prefer you leave the RX labels on and don't attempt to peel it off. This can cause damage to your box. Hello C. Fowler. I reviewed your order and our camera footage and it was confirmed your box was ripped and had marker written on it as well. For this reason, you were paid 50% less for your box. We do need boxes to be perfect/like new in order to receive the full payout. There cannot be any ink, tears, etc. on the test strip boxes. Boxes that are damaged are sold at a lesser price. Hi Roger! All of our product pricing is listed on our website. There are no hidden prices. I do see that your boxes were short dated, which is why you were paid 50% less for each short dated box. We do have an expiration date policy like all companies. This month, boxes must be dated 11/2022 and LATER to receive the full payout.
