Hello Artemisa. I reviewed your order and the boxes we received were Mail Order, not Retail Order. There is a price difference with the Mail Order version. These are sold at a lesser market price than the Retail Version. This price difference occurs across the entire marketplace for every website that buys them. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]. Thank you!

Hi Farrah! I reviewed your order and a few of your boxes were expired. No other competitor will purchase expired testing strips. These are not safe to use due to an inaccurate glucose reading they may provide. Please reach out to us via email if you have any questions. [email protected]. Thank you!

Hi Carrie. I reviewed your order and the reason we could not accept the meters was because the boxes were opened. Our policy states, in order to receive a payout, boxes need to be sealed/brand new. We will be emailing you as well to let you know that your $15 will be posted today to your PayPal account. We apologize the $15 bonus was not added. Thank you!

Hello Karen - I reviewed your order and the testing strips we received were Mail Order, not Retail Order. These are priced less on the market. Also, 2 of your boxes were not completely sealed. For this reason, we could not issue you a payout on those 2 boxes. Our policy states boxes must be manufactured sealed in order to receive a payout. If you have any questions, please email us! [email protected]. Thank you!
