Hi Jennette. I reviewed your order and your one box was dated 12/2021. Our policy states boxes must be dated 7/2022 and LATER to receive the full payout OR range from 4/2022-6/2022 to receive a discounted payout. Unfortunately, your box fell quite short. For that reason we could not issue you a payout on that box. The other box was perfect. We will be emailing you the photo of your box that shows the expiration date.
