Hello Heather. According to our records we spoke about our damage guidelines through email. Boxes cannot be ripped. Unfortunately, your box was ripped and for that reason you were paid 50% less. Boxes must be in perfect condition in order to receive the full payout.

Hi Tony. I see we have spoken about your order through email. The boxes we received were Mail Order, not Retail Order. These are priced less than the retail version. Hi Alan. I reviewed your order and the boxes we received were Mail Order. Mail Order boxes are priced less than the retail version. Not only were they mail order, but they were also short dated with expiration date 10/2022. You were paid 50% less per box. Hello Alma. I reviewed your order and one box was short dated with an expiration date of 1/2023. Our policy states boxes must be dated 2/2023 and LATER to receive the full payout. For that reason, you were paid 50% less for that box. Also, our sign up bonus does say you must send in 200 or more VALID testing strips to receive the $15 bonus. We received a total of 150. We will be more than happy to give you another opportunity to earn the $15 on your next qualifying order. We will be emailing you as well. Thank you!
