Hi Carol! I reviewed your order and I am happy to explain the issue with your order. 2 of your boxes of AccuChek Aviva 100 count had an expiration date of 10/2020. Boxes must be dated 12/2020 and LATER to receive a full payout OR range from 9/2020-11/2020 to receive a 50% less payout. Which is why you were paid 50% less for each of those boxes. Everything else with your order was paid in full. Thank you!

Hi Joseph! I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was because a couple of your items did have a broken manufacturer seal which we could not issue a payout on those boxes. Also, 5 of your boxes fell into our next tier of payouts due to their expiration dates. You were paid 50% less on each one of those 5 boxes. In order to receive a full payout boxes must be manufactured sealed and have no damage. Also the boxes must meet our expiration date requirements. Hi Andrea! I reviewed your order and your one box of Freestyle Lite 100 did have a damaged manufacturer seal. For that reason you were paid 50% less on that box. Hi Sharon! I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was because your one box was dated 8/2020, and for that box you were paid 50% less. In order to receive the full payout your box would have needed to be dated 11/2020 and LATER. Also, 3 of your boxes were dated 6/2020, and for those we could not issue you a payout. In order to receive a 50% less payout your boxes must be dated between 8/2020-10/2020. You were paid in full for your other items. You can find our policy listed on our website.
