Hi Connie! Based on your review, you have mistaken us for another company. We are Test Strip Buyers and we deal with diabetic testing strips not prescription glasses. If you can kindly adjust your TrustPilot Review that would be great as we do strive our business on customer reviews and experiences. Thank you!

Hi Jose! I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was based on the expiration date of your boxes. 4 of your test strip boxes did have an expiration date of 5/2020 and 1/2020. These boxes fell short of our minimum date allowed. Our policy, which is listed on our website, states that boxes must be dated 2/2021 and after to receive a full payout OR range from 11/2020-1/2021 to receive a 50% less payout. These are the reasons you were paid less than expected. We will also be contacting you via email to further explain this matter to you. Thank you!

Hi Carl! I reviewed your order and everything was actually perfect! You were paid in full for everything we received. We received 4 boxes, not 5, of One Touch Ultra 100 at $50 per box, plus your $10 bonus, plus a $5 box bonus. Total payout of $215. We will be also contacting you via email. Thank you for your business!

Hi Kevin! Thank you for reaching out! I went ahead and looked into your order and we did receive 3 boxes that had damage to them. They were ripped. Which is why you were paid 50% less on each box. $12 x 3 units = $36. Your $5 scratch ticket was also applied to your payout. We would love to hear back from you so we can discuss this further. Thank you!

Hi Edwin! I reviewed your order and the boxes were Mail Order version. I would recommend checking with the pharmacy you received these from. As a company, we truly strive to provide the best customer service and experience possible. We're in business to be honest with our customers and to build long lasting relationships, not to scam our customers in any way! With that being said, we will also be contacting you via email. We would love to chat more with you about this! Thank you!

Hi Michelle! We do offer a sign up bonus, and that sign up bonus is for $10. I see it was overlooked and we do owe you that $10 sign up bonus. I do not see that you contacted us via email or phone regarding this. Therefore, I will be sending you an email to make sure to get your $10 bonus to you right away! Thank you!
