Richard
Shipping instructions were unclear. It all did work out and I was paid. I did NOT receive the $10 first-time customer bonus. UPDATE: Boost this to 4 stars. Once it was pointed out, I received the bonus. But I shouldn't have had to do that in the first place.
Response from Test Strip BuyersSep 29, 2020

Hi Myrtle! We went ahead and looked into this for you and we noticed that your PayPal payment was refunded back to us by you. We were not aware of this considering we had no communication from you via email or phone. With that being said, we went ahead and reissued your payment to your account. If you can kindly check your PayPal account .
Linda

Response from Test Strip BuyersAug 27, 2020
Hi Linda! I reviewed your order and I do see your check was delivered to your address on August 13th inside a parcel locker. Your check would have arrived inside another free kit for future use. So if you received another kit from us, which you should have, then your check is enclosed. We will be contacting you via email to make sure your check has been delivered. Thank you!
David
I would have given five stars they service was quick and convenient but they did not give me my $10 for being a first-time customer. However they did give me an extra $5 for having six boxes.
