Hi Janette! I reviewed your order and you were paid correctly and in full. Your boxes were also all perfect! We received 4 boxes of One Touch Ultra 50 count at $22 per box x 4 units = $88. We also received a box of One Touch Ultra 100 count at $45, plus your $10 first time bonus and $5 box bonus. Total payout of $148. We will be emailing you as well to explain your payout. Thank you!

Hi Guadalupe! The reason for the lesser payout was because both your boxes were not in perfect condition. They were slightly ripped. And for that reason you were paid 50% less on each box. I see we have had a few more successful orders with you and we greatly appreciate your business. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns that you may have. Thank you!
