Somewhere in the math it was wrong. Even after I brought it to there attention and they agreed they still owed me $19 more dollars and was told they would post it to my PayPal account it still wasn't done until I sent another email the next day. I understood not getting credit for the one box, but they also didn't give me the first time customer bonus either and the math was wrong all together.

In regards to your $10 bonus, we can still apply that on your next order with us or send you another check. I also noticed on that order that you did have one box that was not manufactured sealed. So i found this sight started using them loved how i choose check or PayPal but the second time i used them i sent in about 130 dollars of stuff and had issues with them over my payment they fixed it than today they said send me some of the money back which it says 10 or more boxes i get 20 dollar bonus i still cant find where it says just test strips i banked on that bonus also they sent me a scratch off u get if ur orders over 100 which they send it to you in the box about the bonus to no one where on that paper doses it say just test strips they need to fix stuff like that that not my fault you all screwed up i wouldn't I recommend them I will not be using them no more because of the issue that I'm running into with them now I liked about the bonuses but not worth the stress from them i will go back using the other people i was selling my stuff to i rather wait 3 days on a check than deal with these people at all i wish i didnt run into this problem but i gotta baby i need to buy stuff for i done spent my money yesterday when i got it on my baby girl

I sent one of my test strips with the wrong expiration date by accident. I called up because i only got paid for 2 boxes instead of three.I understand it was my fault, but why couldnt you mail it back with my check ? Now you want me to pay 10 dollars to mail it back. I dont think thats right

First package never arrived, requested second came fairly fast. Payment wasn't what it was to be called twice and yet told too give them 24 hours also sent an email off and that's whay did the trick.

I sent 4 boxes of strips and 4 boxes of lancets. All 4 boxes of strips didnt expire till 2021 of august i believe. The web site said 25$ per box. For everything i sent i only got 51$ with no explanation. So im very disappointed

Hi Audra! I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was because your boxes were MAIL ORDER and not RETAIL ORDER boxes. There is a price difference and also the test strip boxes look slightly different as well. The Mail Order boxes have a yellow stripe on the bottom front of the box. For Mail Order we pay $8 per box x 4 units = $32. We also applied $4 for your lancets, $10 first time customer bonus and a $5 box bonus to your payout. They didn't give me all my money. They said one of the boxes was damaged. When they left me they were perfect.
