Hi Cynthia! I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was because 4 of your boxes were expired - 7/2021 and your other two boxes were short dated - 1/2022. Our policy does states boxes must be dated 3/2022 and LATER to receive the full payout OR range from 12/2021-2/2022 to receive a discounted payout. I am not sure why accu check has dropped so low the last couple of months. Other companies are still paying higher amounts.

Hi Sherry! This product is slowly dropping across the entire marketplace for every website that buys them. The company that manufacturers the Aviva's has stopped production on them, causing the price to decrease.

I always had good transactions and quick payments with all my sales but this last one really bothered me because there was the smallest most un noticeable little tear on a corner of the box and wasn't even into the box or anything no seals were broke and everything was perfect besides that tiny little piece that was ripped on the top layer of the box and they marked it as damaged and docked me 25 stinking dollars for it and that was really not called for because it was nothing major or serious at all. But I just had to leave a review for this past transaction because I feel like it wasn't right at all....I could see maybe 5 dollars off or something but docking me to half price was uncalled for

Hi Kyle. We discussed the damage before you mailed in your items and we did say that if the box does have damage it will result in a lesser payout. You were aware of this based on the email and example photo you emailed to us.
