Fast shipping and easy to follow test. The two of us bought a hair test and a couples blood test. Allergens were as expected and a couple of surprises on the hair report.

Overall the service was really good and the report is quite thorough. The customer service when I contacted them were very friendly and I would definitely use their service again!

Very pleased. I've received my allergy kit after a few days, sent it back, and received my results within 4 working days of dispatching it. The results seem accurate to me, since the items I've had a reaction to (like house dust mites) have been flagged.

Wow I’m so surprised to see the company has bad reviews. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about them. I didn’t pay for fast track so didn’t expect my results back immediately.. but I did get them back within a couple of weeks and they are so detailed I’m actually surprised. I wasn’t expecting much and this exceeded my expectations with the level of detail the report shows. I would 100% recommend the company based on my experience :)

My sister and I both took the hair sample tests. It took a while to get back to us, about a month, but it was worth the wait. I've had severe allergies a long time and previously was unable to see an allergist. The test picked up a lot of allergies for me, which I expected, but it did not list my severe mold and dust allergy. Perhaps that can't be picked up in a hair sample. The test also revealed heavy metal poisoning, which I was sure I had a few years prior while in India after I drank sink water. I was hospitalized at the time but the tests weren't finding any abnormalities, and it was an expensive international hospital, so I left against medical advice. If they used this test they could have found out I has cadmium poisoning! My sister was impressed with her results as well. I will note I am following up with an allergist as for the first time in my life I'm able to see one. Hoping to report similar results when I'm tested through blood or skin pric k tests.

Great experience. The information was extremely relevant and accurate. I have used the results to change my eating. Prior to this I was just guessing. The hair test was enough to make a huge difference in my life. I am recommending all my client take a test before I provide nutritional advice. I did run into an issue of not receiving my report but when I called it was sent immediately. None of my clients that I have referred have had this experience, all was as expected for them. Karen

Having suspected I had some food intolerances, I did this and chose the Gold package. Very simple instructions for an old dinosaur like me, I sent off the sample with next day delivery with the Post Office and got an email 2 days later to say they had received my package. That was last Tuesday and I received my results today, Friday - 4 days later. Confirmed what I thought and threw up a few curve balls which I will have to discuss with my GP. No issues at all so don't believe the negative reviews.

Great customer service and support from Cris sorting the forms out. Took a little longer than expected but understandable due to the current situation. Happy with results and overall service.
