Test goes into junk mail
Test comes as a digital download which went into my junk email, and when I clicked on it it says "File Not Found". Quickly resolved by the 24/7 chat team, thankyou Elliot!

You’ll be pleased to hear that as you chose the digital download option, the digital test instructions were sent immediately to you by email, so you don’t have to wait for a test kit. The email contains a link to complete and download your digital test submission form. You simply need to print this barcode form and return this to us along with your hair sample. All instructions on how to take, package, and where to send your sample can be found on the test submission form. Good test result
Lots of communication prior to sending test, I have sent the test, tried to track it on site but its not happening and the bot is confused and says it cant forward a message to help, hoping I will receive a reply soon, I have received a reply now, took a couple of weeks, very interesting report, on point with lots if things, I am coeliac, they didn't know and they did pick up it, so quite helpful for me working out what I should include and not include in my diet, would recommend

I found the test easy to do
I found the test easy to do, the instructions were very clear. However, I didn't receive a confirmation email to say they'd received my test. After a few days I contacted them & Angel very quickly forwarded my test results to me. Overall very efficient service. 😊

Only writing my review based on the…
Only writing my review based on the customer service. Casey did a great job. However I do feel if the correct instructions was given before purchase, you wouldn’t need to contact customer service. I was told after purchase that it’s digital download service. You fill out a form online. You have to bag and post your sample over. An inconvenience as I don’t have clear zip lock bags sitting at home. You also need a printer. I also didn’t receive an email confirmation on the order I purchased ( standard procedure which is normally automated for online purchases) which doesn’t install confidence about receiving the report.

I only gave 4 stars because I haven't sent in my hair sample yet. Avery did a great job helping me get my forms all correct. Also helped my get my password reset. I will update this when I get my results back. I am looking forward to seeing them.
