Hello Parina, You ordered the Premium Family Sensitivity Test, in the description for this test it clearly states that we do not send any physical item out to you in the mail as this is a online submission.You should have been sent your online submission forms and directions on how to submit your test. I redeemed the the test
I redeemed the the test, my printer run out of ink so I could not print it I contacted wowcher and they contacted you, they sent me a copy. I have not heard anything from you, so could not have the test done. Very disappointed

Received no report .
Ordered and sent hair sample tracked with EVRI. They say it had been delivered. Got in touch with testing and got hey asked me to wait as it takes several days for result. This was in November. Haven’t heard anything since. Expensive and disappointing. C. Ward

They ripped me off
They ripped me off! They charged my card for a test kit and never sent me the kit or directions on how to get the kit! Total scam DON NOT BUY FROM THEM!
