In terms of your sensitivities, as we measure the levels found within your system, it is very unusual and rare to not receive any results from the 800 trigger items measured, and would always suggest you contact the customer care team for an immediate retest.

We do explain on our site where our testing facility is in the UK, and about the speedier and cheaper process of sending to the US first. In terms of your sensitivities, the hair test does not offer a medical diagnosis, so we would always recommend speaking to a doctor first, as the blood testing is the only way of testing the IgE and IgG4 needed. We also are in a global pandemic, which has affected post, and customer service response time, but have been proud to offer 24/7 Livechat the whole way through this process.

Unfortunately there is delayed post at the moment, but Royal Mail have reported that due to the global pandemic, that post will be delayed, as I'm sure you understand AJ, that is outside of our control. During this global pandemic time, the team are working hard for fast turn around on all results, so we would appreciate it if you could edit this review when your results come through, as we are keeping to Customer Promise that you saw at purchase. Gina, thank you for reaching out again, as agreed with you, and following our refund policy, we have refunded the hair sensitivity test. As explained on your last review, you purchased a hair intolerance test, and following your unsatisfaction here, you asked for an exclusive discount off the blood test, which was arranged bespoke for you. However, you are unhappy that your immediate reaction symptoms (aka an allergy) have not shown up. As explained, this is likely to be an allergy, and we offered you a FREE upgrade for this test which you declined. We have checked over the communication and would not offer a refund on blood, and definitely not in exchange for the review to be removed. You did say that you were seeking a refund due to your unemployment, but as explained, we have carried out both tests accurately as offered. We have gone above and beyond with your case here, however, when we have recommended a test that would work for you, you have refused to engage. We're sorry you have decided to leave a one-star review on our five-star customer service and testing. We know we have adhered to our customer charter and we wish you luck on your future health journey.

Merry Christmas! At this time, we have no record of this customer ever purchasing from TMI Testing and have reached out through Trust Pilot for the email address used at purchase and the order number. As explained in our Terms and Conditions, we have a full refund policy, to which we guarantee a refund within 30 days however currently they are issued within 14 days.

Hello Katy, Thank you for reaching out. I can see from your emails that you are unhappy with this service as you do not have a printer. As you'll see on the email process, on the FAQ's, and the product you selected, it's a digital download. This means you do not need to print anything and can fill out all of the details online. This means the need for a printer is negated, as explained on email. Also, as explained, as you did not order via us, we cannot process the refund. You will need to claim your refund from the third party you have purchased from. Unless you're happy to proceed with this test now you understand you don't need a printer? Thank you. Update: Following your response Katy, as explained in the Terms and Conditions, and over email to you: We can only refund orders purchased directly from our website. All orders from 3rd party companies (like Wowcher) need to be requested through the company you purchased from as they with hold the funds.
