Hi Maggie, thank you for your review. We are very sorry you are not completely satisfied with your test results. I can see from your test report that you purchased an allergy and intolerance test and did not show an allergy to wheat or garlic, but rather an intolerance. An allergist will not detect these because intolerance (IgG) and allergies (IgE) are separate medical conditions. Intolerances (IgG) are dependent on exposure or consumption and therefore more likely to detect foods you consume regularly or recently. Unfortunately, we are unable to discuss your test results with you on reviews due to data protection, and would encourage you to email our team who are qualified to assist. IgE blood testing is a very commonly used and medically recognised method of testing for allergies. Therefore, while a raised IgE level may be present, a person may not yet experience symptoms. However, this often does get delivered to your junk or spam folder due to the links and graphics. In addition to this, a reminder email was sent 30th January 2023 because the online submission had not yet been completed. All samples are disposed of as medical waste immediately after testing and destroyed. We do not sell or pass any information on to any third parties. We strictly adhere to GDPR guidelines. While any company can apply for ISO 9001, not every company will be successful in gaining this quality assurance accreditation at audit if they do not comply with the quality guidelines required.
