Hi there, We’re sorry to hear that this was your impression and we understand how frustrating it can be when expectations around bug acceptance and compensation don’t align with your experience. Bug evaluations are based on client-defined requirements and reproducibility criteria, which are communicated before the start of the test cycle. Regarding compensation, payment rates and scopes are also communicated before participation so testers can decide whether a project fits their expectations. We also want to reassure you that Tester Work does not misuse personal data. Any information requested is strictly related to testing purposes, sensitive data must always be blurred, and all materials are deleted once projects are completed. We appreciate you sharing your concerns and we remain committed to transparency and improving the experience for our community.

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how upsetting it is when payment feels delayed. We want to clarify that payments are issued within 2 weeks after a test cycle ends. A test cycle officially ends once all testers have submitted their results and our Test Managers have reviewed everything. Until then, payments can’t be processed, which is why there may appear to be a delay. We appreciate the time and effort you put into testing, and we take concerns about payment seriously. If you feel there’s been an issue with a specific cycle, please reach out to our support center so we can review it directly and assist you.

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the suitability test was frustrating. The purpose of our tests is to help match testers to projects that fit their skills and device setup. They are not intended to be a barrier, but rather a way to ensure clients receive accurate and high-quality results. Tester Work does not base opportunities on personal status, such as being a single parent. Any requirements are strictly related to project needs and technical suitability. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make our processes clearer and more transparent for all testers.
