Gave four stars due to the innovative way to connect to service and the type of devices that can be compatible. The only reasons I don’t give it five stars is because getting your money back is a horrible process, I don’t get service every where and have to use a Wi-Fi box almost all the time to get fast Internet service, and reaching customer service is a nightmare!

I have been enjoying the company since they first launched and had to port to another carrier when they stopped activations, but I came back about six months ago and I am genuinely loving the new set up versus the one from five years ago. My only issue here in Ohio is that it works great at home when I’m at work and running errands but when I’m visiting family about 45-50 minutes away service gets a bit spotty but overall since that’s not somewhere I am often, it’s not a huge deal as long as I’m in Wi-Fi. Other than that, the login is much better, support has always been great and service where I need it MOST is great.
