NEVER AGAIN
Where to start. I ordered the hat during a 10% off and included carrying bag included special. It took a while to get the code for the discount but eventually I got it. I used their instructions for sizing. When the hat arrived it had water stains all over the hat and mold on the inside of the hat. As if the hat had been sitting in a damp warehouse for a very long time. The size they told me to get was much too large for my head and there was no carrying bag included. I took pictures and sent them to the company. This was my first purchase from them and explained how disappointed I was. I got a pithy email back stating they were sorry I wasn’t happy with the purchase and that it was supposed to look worn. No mention or understanding of the more important issue of the mold and stains. Their customer service are bots. They don’t care about their quality. NEVER buying from them again.
