**Avoid This Company – Terrible Customer Service and No Refund** I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I paid $710 for tennis lessons through Lesson Pro LLC, but I never received the lessons I paid for. When I tried to resolve the issue and get my money back, the company refused to issue a refund. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and I have been left feeling completely taken advantage of. I paid for a service that I never received, and now I am out over $600 with no resolution. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right is unacceptable. I even disputed the charge with my credit card company, but the dispute was not resolved in my favor because I purchased the tennis package which included a tennis racket and three tennis balls. The tennis racket was sent from Amazon and was under $40 and the tennis balls were nine dollars. These like I said, came in a Amazon package and the company charged me over $100 for that. **Think twice before giving this company your money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. Paying for lessons you never receive and then being denied a refund is incredibly frustrating, and the way this situation has been handled has been awful.

We signed up for 6 sessions - several weeks after the sign up , no lessons have started . We requested a refund and they are saying , they will take partial amount as sign up fees !!! Think they are liars !!we are waiting for our full refund

I signed up for tennis lessons with them and was told the person working with me will be a Nationally Certified instructor by USTA with at least 5 years of experience so I paid for 10 lessons, the first lesson was with an instructor who only played tennis at highschool level and had no experience coaching. I asked for another one and the second one canceled the first lesson saying he wasn't feeling well and then stopped responding to my messages. I reached out to the company for a refund and they refused. To this day I have not received my refund.
