I originally had to reach out after ordering product and next getting a tracking number, matter was cleared up effectively once I reached out to see what the issue was, items are shipped from overseas and tracking number is provided once the product arrives in the US, I received my machine and used it several times, machine is awesome and is well worth the price, I highly recommend the product
