Their advertisement hooks you in via a product that look good. However, they will send another product that is absolutely inferior. This is a scam company. Be aware.

Paid for the expedited shipping took over 3 weeks to get to me. No instructions included for installation. Don't waste your money

I placed the order September 3rd, no sign of package as of January 10th. Tendenicy mentions the parcel was sent back by the local post office for no reason, and they are suffering losses and can only make a partial refund. This outrageous communication is beyond unprofessional, as a buyer I do not have any obligations on their poorly operated shipment schemes; and deserve to be paid back for the full amount. they charged 12.99 USD for the screen protector. 6.37 USD for the shipping + insurance and now can only pay me back for 9.64 USD. please no one conduct any business with these scam artists. horrible people horrible business.

The company sent a cheap fake glass for my phone that doesn't even close live up to what was promised in there add and website. They claim I have to send it back and pay for the shipping fee, which will "cost most of the cost for the product". They are refusing me a full refund. They are offering a 8USD compensation for a product that cost me 20USD. I suggest no one ever buys anything from this company!

Ik bestelde een screenprotector (€17) (met privacy bescherming) het duurde heel lang voordat ik het had, want het kwam uit China. Het bedrijf wekte de indruk dat ze in de VS zaten, dus vreemd. Bij het contact met de klantenservice werd ik afgescheept met een vergoeding van $2 Advies: koop hier vooral niets. Je betaald te veel, het duurt heel lang voordat je je product ontvangt, je krijgt een verkeerd product en tenslotte wordt je afgescheept door de klantenservice!!!

Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They are scammers. I ordered the screen protector for my phone. They send tracking info that even says it was delivered. BUT NO PRODUCT COMES. then they send you on a wild goose chase: Post office - they say its not delivered by them; friends and neighbors but nobody signed for it or received it. And they send you the same cut and paste message from their support service 3X. with the same message.

!!SCAM alert!! It is a total scam, they offer something and the another thing arrives. 16 dollars down the drain, better order from aliexpress.
