Tenant Screening Background CheckReviews of tenantscreeningbackgroundcheck.com

I have had fantastic results with Tenantscreeningbackgroundcheck.com and I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to obtain info about their potential tenants or rental applicants. Private Eye Reports delivers very quick results with comprehensive data on judgments, evictions, criminal history, bankruptcy filings, address history, employment, credit history with a FICO score, etc. On numerous occasions, they have provided me with reports that showed that my applicants had prior evictions and many other red flag warnings. In some cases, the criminal history showed up out of state, which I would have never discovered doing just a local search. I love that they also provide you with free consulting that comes with every report and this alerts me any high risk warnings that are vital for me to know about. I have used many other screening services, but none of them even comes close the quality of their reporting which I have found to be much more comprehensive and current.

I have used this company for several years and would use NO other! Lex and his company do a Fine Job In Providing Background Checks and their reports are quite thorough. You have two choices and I always have my prospective tenants do the more expensive one for $39.95 because You get Very Good Results which cover their Eviction History, Credit History, Criminal History, Employment History, Residential History, etc. It is very hard today to find a company as good as Tenant Screening Background Check (also known as Private Eye Reports). Furthermore, Not Only Is There Work Good, but they are Honest and have a lot of experience in analyzing backgrounds for various inquiries such as for tenant screening, employment, etc. I more than Highly Recommend them to anyone needing a thorough background check. Thank you. Sincerely yours, Howard Paul Shore Homeowner And Client /HPS
