I can only strongly advise against the software. The signals are started and terminated completely incorrectly, support is completely helpless and does not want to reimburse any costs! Edit: You can all save yourself all the lies, the signals are profitable, your copier is not! The trades are opened incorrectly and closed at the wrong time and I can prove everything! THIS SOFTWARE IS PURE BUL**HIT !!! IT DOESNT WORKS! And the support is also useless and helpless. Instead of providing help, support simply closes the tickets without the copier working! STAY AWAY!!!

If the program works well then you will like the product but if you have problems with the program my experience is that the support is not very helpful and at times borders on what i would call hostile that you would question the product not working. Definitely buy the monthly program and not a lifetime. There is no refund for lifetime and it is in the contract as i was told and it is in the contract

Horrendous customer support very rude. Software not working correctly. I raised my concerns and the staff tell me it's not their problem. I ask for a refund because it does not work properly and I just get ignored. I unfortunately cannot recommend this company.

Not only did the product not work as advertised. The support was so rude and the over charged me. They even went as far as to cancel the refund. Bloody scammers .I want my refund very unprofessional support desk .I havent used their service because they were not guiding me in installation process and vps setup and not responding me well so i asked for a refund they responded with that you have used our software blocked me permanently. Fact is that i just bought their software havent done anything with that software they recommended some russian vps which was very poor in usage and look i asked for help they ignored i made a complain about their selfish behaviour the person on telegram support started misbehaving with me .i have complete screenshots of their conversation. Blocking customer isnt not justified at any cost i will definitely give review on my youtube channel

The system has some failures when using gold strategies, the support channel is terrible, they do not litsen to any suggestion, the attitude when you ask for clarifiaction or when you got stuck is very agresive.... Typical company that thinks because they create a program think they are good and can treat people as they want They have the option to enter all your info FROM REMOTE ACCES, remove licences and not refund the money... COMPLETLY SCAM After a year or so this guys are asking to validate the username that I used in the platform something that obviously none has.... Another way of trying to rob people by deleting bad reviews... What a crooks
