If you work as employee here, consider that the management will crash you towards optimistic deadlines. Otherwise, it is one of those work places where you can stuff your CV quickly, which is good if you are unexperienced. Suggestions: - Discuss in detail the requirements before starting working on any task and never be optimistic. - Do not give estimations for tasks you've never experienced before or can't estimate properly because of unknowns or because of not well defined dependencies. And if the manager is pushing you with friendliness and optimistic vibes, take that as a huge red flag. Good luck!

If it's true that leadership is about owning and finding solutions, then you may not want to work as engineer for this company as you are not going to get fair leadership and, most likely, you will be set up for failure, while getting too much on your shoulders and then getting either crashed or fired. You may want to work here for some time if you are young and your intent is making as much experience as possible to enrich your CV.
