I purchased a “refurbished” Apple Watch through Walmart. Got it quick but after charging it, it only stayed on for about 30 minutes before it would shut off. After returning the item to Walmart and waiting a few days I contacted them about a return. They had 3 different people messaging me no one could give me an answer. Asked to talk to someone in charge and they said they do not speak on the phone. What kind of garbage customer service is that?

BUYER BEWARE! If I could give a negative star, I would! Purchased a MacBook to replace my old one bc it was starting to go downhill and planned to use this, when the old passed on. I purchased in October 2023 and turned it on to set up and sync with my old MacBook. The oldie stopped working this week (April ‘24) and I immediately reached for this one (used once, since purchase, for ‘maybe’ 4 hours max.). I was able to transfer all docs. and photos, via iCloud, on to this one. Three, like 1, 2, 3, days later, it now has a large vertical, brown line going through the center of my screen, top to bottom! The screen itself is flicking, so I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before it completely goes out. The company refuses to do anything leaving me out the $442 I spent. I am FURIOUS and beyond upset this is allowed to take place. I’ve sat here and read about their scams, page after page. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY; THEY ALSO REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE ANY PURCHASED WARRANTIES!!!

They sold me a 10-year-old refurbished Mac that was so old that I could not add any of my apps with the system saying this device is too old to run this function! Awful product from an awful company!

Sent me a laptop with an international keyboard. When I offered to buy a new one from them with the correct keyboard if they could ensure 2 day delivery for no extra fee they said no. Clearly a joke of a business.

I bought a Macbook and within less than 6months it stopped working, it didn't turn on nor charged. When I contacted them about this, they mentioned they only offer a 90-day warranty.

If I could give it a negative star, I would. I bought two refurbished 10-year-old MacBooks and unfortunately had to return them and now they’re charging me more to repair it than it was to buy it. They claimed that I cracked it when indeed it came already cracked, but I overlooked it because I bought it refurbished. I asked them for proof of the pre-damage and they had none now they won’t give me my money back. This company is horrible. I suggest that nobody use them I am single mom that was trying to get my kids something nice for Christmas and now I don’t have the $300 To get them anything in its place because I can’t get my money back. What a sad company you are…you will reap what you sow.

A total garbage company. I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought a macbook pro from them through Backmarket a while back. Recently, the screen started having issues. I sent it back to them, as there is supposedly a one year warranty. The same day it arrived, I got a message saying that I had damaged it and they refuse to honor the warranty. No questions asked. The funny thing is, the laptop has never left my desk and I don't even as much as eat or drink around it. These people are totally dishonest and unethical. Also still waiting to get my Macbook back from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. EVER!

They sent my son a Mac book the screen was busted and the sides were cracked now they don’t want to answer there emails or anything so $200 dollars down the drain someone need to stop this company asap
