Their HELPIRA Software usually resolves most of my hiccups, but when I escalate to live support team, my challenges are always resolved promptly. My business owns 18 licenses to their different products and I can state that We are very delighted with their Customer Service Delivery. The support is great, the only issue was I had to connect to them very late at night my time because we are in different time zones. I live in Canada so the time zone is MST, in India it is IST
