TekmetricReviews of tekmetric.com

Tekmetric is the all-in-one shop management software used by more than 16,000 auto repair shops in the United States and Canada. It was built by a shop owner, for the people who work in shops and the customers who trust them with their cars.Trust is the whole business of auto repair. Tekmetric is built to earn it. When a technician inspects a vehicle, the customer receives photos and video of what the car actually needs, not a phone call asking them to take someone's word for it. They review the findings, approve the work from their phone, and pay the same way, by text, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Buy Now, Pay Later. Every repair order, inspection, and invoice lives in their history for the next visit. For the shop, that transparency pays. Shops using Tekmetric's digital vehicle inspections average $741 per repair order, compared with a $612 baseline, because customers who can see the problem say yes to fixing it.Shop management, payments, and marketing run from one login. Owners check the day from home. Service advisors build estimates without re-entering a thing. Technicians work from a tablet in the bay. Multi-shop operations run every location on the same standards, and tire shops handle DOT registration automatically.Tekmetric customers shape the product. Ideas go on a public suggestions board, shops vote, and the team builds.Support is available 24/7 from a U.S.-based team, and new shops get personalized onboarding so the switch happens without missing a day of work.
