I'm not sure what happened to this company, but they have gone downhill. I ordered a piece on 2/2/2026, knowing that it was backorderd 4-8 weeks. I check back after 10 weeks, all of a sudden there's a banner that says 8-12 more weeks. Finally, I reached out on 7/23, 7/24, and 7/28 with no reply. I had to get PayPal involved to get a refund. I honestly don't even know if this is a real company any more, as the VM message sounds like a random person's cell phone.

2023/2/16 Payment to buy three pieces of carbon fiber. The company's website promises a production period of 4 weeks to 8 weeks, but it has passed 8 weeks on 2023/4/22. I sent an email inquiry and no response. 2023/5/15 Now I I hope the refund has been handed over to paypal for processing.
