I had the pleasure of working with Philipp Knupp (Branch Manager) and André Fortdran (Sales Engineer) on a project in the medical device field, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. They provided fantastic support throughout the entire process. The product advice was highly professional, precise, and perfectly aligned with the strict requirements and standards of medical devices. Their deep technical knowledge and understanding of regulatory and application-specific challenges made a real difference. What truly stood out was their responsiveness and competence when handling technical questions and resolving issues. Teguar Industrial PC's and Touch Screen Monitors have proven to be an extremely reliable product. We have installed the Teguar product worldwide, including some challenging environments and they have performed flawlessly. Also, the sales support staff has been very helpful to assure the product meets the strict technical specifications that our application requires.
