I am always impressed with how the staff Teguar responds to norwix' inquires. Their inside sales team does a great job keeping us informed of the status of our orders. And while I'm at it - your repair center is awesome. They truly go above and beyond in getting my aging system back up and running. Making Teguar products have much higher value to my team.

Max was great in helping find correct units that fit our needs.

When choosing hardware for testing and implementation of our new software program. We found Max M. to be extremely helpful in our selection process as we had some pretty rigid requirements as the hardware was to be deployed in a sterile processing environment. We were provided with a premarket loaner model for testing purposes prior to help in the decision making. This was an invaluable service. This was our second order from Teguar and we are still supremely satisfied with the experience. We conveyed our needs to the sales staff and they promptly submitted a quote for exactly what we required and the order arrived ahead of the quoted time estimate.
