Took two weeks to ship and then shipped it to the wrong place

We're truly sorry for the delay and the delivery issue you experienced. We shipped your order to the correct address provided in your order. Unfortunately, FedEx mistakenly delivered the package to another customer's address. The recipient has confirmed receipt, and we are currently working with FedEx to pick up the package from that incorrect address and redeliver it to you. We sincerely apologize for this unexpected carrier error and kindly ask for your patience and understanding while FedEx completes the recovery and redelivery process.
