Shirt was too large, lettering was too dark on a dark shirt, lettering was spelled wrong.

The quality of the fabric is horrible. It feels like cardboard. Trying to deal with their customer service is an even bigger joke. CS does not respond to what your issue is - completely ignoring what you are trying to get fixed with them. RUN, run far away from this company. Shirts are fun, as long as you don't want to actually wear them. Horrible fabric quality, and even worse customer service.

I’m very disappointed in the quality of the tote I bought. It was expensive, and I assumed it would be nice. It’s extremely flimsy, and the tag on it says that it’s a promotional item and can’t be laundered. I hoped to get my money back, but haven’t heard anything back from Tee Solar.

So far, not a good experience. I ordered a vegan message t-shirt, women's small in what looked like a bright green color on their web site. The animals are white, the text looked like a combination of black and white inks. The t-shirt I got was a very dark green with the black text barely visible and mushy grayish animals. And it too small for me. Through their website (no phone number for customer service anywhere) I explained all of this and asked for a replacement to size M and the bright pink color color thinking the black text would show up against it. Just got the replacement size M (thumbs up) but the same very dark green with illegible text. The white animals are now bright white but shirt is silly if you can't read the message. This is poor quality control if they don't screen the shirts with ink colors that contrast and are visible against the material color. And the material is quite coarse and rough much poorer quality than I expected for a $25 t-shirt. I just emailed them again through their website to ask them again to send me a lighter color t-shirt...let's see what happens. At this point, I am NOT a satisfied customer and will just donate the shirts to Good Will unused.

Both t shirts that I got were unwearable. On one of them you couldn't see the impression and on the other the black ink bled into the white t-shirt.

I ordered a Bella flowy tank and the shirt that I received was not the one that was advertised on their site!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed and will not recommend or order from them again!
