Package returned to sender, no refund/credit issued
Order address was automatically updated by the website to the wrong address. The package was then sent back to sender. I opened a claim with the Post Office and indeed they came back saying the package was sent back. Proof sent in unanswered email to business. So far they refuse to refund $180 or credit it towards another purchase. Horrible customer service.
