Ordered over a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped in spite of me sending several emails . I’m even in the same state! Will file a dispute through PayPal - obviously never ordering from them again.

I ordered 2 t shirts and a sweatshirt on april 1st. I got a confirmation email saying it would ship between april 8 and 15th. So april 17th i emailed and asked wheres my order? They apologized and refunded shipping cost. Well its now the 24th and status is still the same, 9 days past original latest ship date, and 24 days since i ordered. This is crazy. After I get this order, Im never buying from them again. It doesnt take that long to print shirts.

worst company to deal with. money comes out of our bank right away. you go to the website and try to track order with the order number you are given and it says you are not in the system. try many different ways they suggest and you still can't get an answer. no shirt money gone. and you can't get a person to help. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. hopefully this gets some action. not holding my breath.

Extremely pissed!!!! My shirts came and one was the wrong color!!!!! I am so not happy right now!!!! Not to mention the quality of one of my other shirts seems shotty at best.

Ordered in December and have not received. any suggestions of help on the web site are a joke. Withdrew funds from me but the order number is invalid ? Do not order through this company

I ordered from TeeJade on December 16, 2020. I received an email saying my parcel had shipped on December 17, 2020. Here we are on January 14, 2021, and not only have I not received my order, but there is also no way to contact these people. The number on their website only gives you a useless recording and their email support sends out form letter responses. Their email says to contact the courier service, the courier service says to contact the seller... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Their customer service is horrible. You can't talk to a real person unless you have a confirmation number. I never received a confirmation email so I didn't have one. There were able to charge my credit card. So now I have no order, no confirmation number, but they have my money.

I am unable to make a return.not happy at all.
