I ordered a size xl boyfriend tee. It looks like a child size 12 tshirt. Very disappointed.

Poor customer service. This company will not do returns or exchanges. Very unsatisfied and will not be ordering from them again.

The shirt I received was faded and not representative of product online. Customer service is the worst and they make it almost impossible to contact them. Each email they give you gets sent back saying its not supported. Merry go round trying to get any resolution from them. Stay far far away. If I could give a zero I would. Looks like I’m out $30. I’m telling everyone I know to avoid this company and I also have contacted Pay Pal to let them know about these crooks.

If I could it would be no stars at all. I ordered a Ladies t style they gave me a mens SO BIG it was unwearable. Then they wouldn't fix their mistake. I ordered 2 shirts that day of the same but different sizes. One came a week after the other it was what I had ordered. But the first was a total mess up. Style and size totally wrong. Now they won't fix it. This was to be a surprise of Mom and daughter shirts. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I hate this company, My package never arrived, the never answer my emails and the stupid chat help center they have is crap. Don't risk your money i just spended more than $60dlls on nothing!!! Worst ecommerce ever!!

I ordered 2 of the same design-- one tee and one hoodie. The tee had ink smudge on the back (the design is only on the front) and it's a white tee, so it's very noticeable. The hoodie is gray, so a base of white ink was printed before the blue (which is standard in screenprinting on darker garments) but the 2 prints don't line up, so I have a ghost white print around the edge of the blue print. Also, the ink does not have a soft hand whatsoever-- it's very plastic-y feeling. Overall, super disappointed, especially for what we paid.

Sent wrong product without an invoice, and since my mom ordered it I don’t have the order number that would have been on the invoice had it been included. Tried getting help online but can’t without an order number. So I get to throw away a product I wanted and my mom bought instead of exchanging because they forgot the damn invoice.

I ordered a sweater from Teehippo and the quality of the item was extremely poor and did not look like the image on the website. They took an ordinary Gildan brand crew neck sweater and screen printed a very low quality image onto it. The screen print was fuzzy and looked faded, as well as having lines from the screen itself on the image. The sweater was not worth the $40 I spent on it, and it is challenging to reach costumer service for a refund. Teehippo only has one method of contacting customer service which is via e-mail and makes you wait an extra 3-5 days if you want to contact customer service about an issue that is not listed in their drop down menu of options. I will never be ordering from tee hippo again and I encourage anyone interested in buying graphic tees or sweaters to look elsewhere.
