The most horrible experience dealing with this company. I placed an original order on March 13 which I never received. Filed a claim asking for a refund. They don't refund they send you another shirt. Claim was filed on April 12th and I'm still waiting. Tracking number hasn't been updated in over a week and now I'm waiting again for a rep to contact me. Unacceptable!!! Major scam website

Garbage! DO NOT order anything from this company

No refunds are a bad business model, I accidentally ordered two identical shirts as I did not receive a confirmation email for the first. 3 weeks had pass so I assumed there was no order, or it was not processed, so I ordered another, low and behold the next day I received a shipping confirmation. THE NEXT DAY. Then when I emailed the next day to cancel the 2nd, it immediately shipped, hmm fishy, 3 weeks for one to ship, 1 day for the next. Way to scam people. Tony

Well I decided to read the reviews after I spoke to someone who has ordered here and had a bad experience. The reviews on here are not good so I decided to ask for a refund one day after placing the order. Let me tell you it’s a runaround from one site to another and using a format for your purchase ID that is ridiculous. Let me say I gave up after an hour of trying to get my money. At this point i feel I just donated $40 to some ones bank account. I’ll just wait to see if I get my product and see if it is anything near what I ordered. Buyer beware of refund policy and procedures.

I received a shirt that is not 2XL. It is more like a child Large. I have sent a picture of T-shirt as well as 2 emails informing them I am returning T-SHIRT to the Lawrence,IN address and I want the amount returned to my credit card. Both reps that answered the emails cannot read more do they understand what "NO" means. I do NOT want another short. I want my money back. They have misrepresented themselves. Filed a complaint with the BBB same day I received it. I was given a phone # to call. I had to call the BBB of Central Indiana to inform them that the number they gave me belonged to another company. The address the shirt was sent from is a production place which was sent certified so that I had proof it was returned. The company I called had no way of checking the invoices for Teehippo. Even though the BBB stated that was the # on file for TeeHippo, I told them I felt TeeHIPPO was trying to remain hidden which makes me even more suspicious. While waiting to hear back from the BBB, I contacted my credit union and filed a complaint. However, finally TeeHippo credited me back the money

I ordered a shirt online, and I selected black fabric. When the shirt came in, it was black text on a black shirt, and you couldn’t even see it. I assumed that the text would be printed grey or white if they were offering it in black fabric, but nope. I could look past that IF the quality of the shirt wasn’t absolute trash. It’s stiff and scratchy, and completely unwearable. Certainly not a $30 shirt. I contacted customer service for a refund, and they offered to reprint it in a different color. All their emails come from a no-reply address, so I couldn’t even have a decent conversation with someone in customer service to correct my issue. I had to keep going back to the website to submit a new “ticket”. I finally just contacted my credit card company to get my money back. And of course there’s no place on their website to read reviews before buying. I hope somebody finds this before they waste their money like I did!

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I ordered a medium grey hoodie with black lettering on it. Received a very dark grey hoodie. So dark grey you can't read the lettering! The website would not let me submit a claim so I emailed them 3 times. No phone number on site. Finally, I got a response, then a denial that "item matches campaign it was purchased from". BEWARE!! I took pictures of what I ordered vs what I received and sent the photos and their denial email to the bank to reverse charges. What a despicable, scummy, disappointing company!

Will not order from them again! I ordered a medium t shirt and it looks like a child’s size!
