Ordered a shirt on June 20 2020 still have not received company refuses to issue a refund buyers please beware

I ORDERED A TOMMY HILFIGER FACE MASK ON JULY 3RD. TODAY IS JULY 19TH STILL NO MASK. I EMAILED THE COMPANY TWICE WITH NO RESPONSE!!!! SHOPPER BEWARE!!! WISHED I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!!!!

order t-shirts on june 11 2020, today is july 19, 2020 still have not received order. have sent 3 emails to company without any results. gonna file complaint with credit card to cancel order....beware....

In my other review I said I would change my review if the situation changed. Ok, well, its now worse. I received half of my order of 2 t-shirts. My original order was on April 15. Order arrived June 10. The one I received was supposed to be X-large and it is huge, more like XX or XXX size. Ok, I can live with that. The other shirt did not come in the package. After several back and forth emails, I now have that shirt on order from 6-10 and it is still in the printing process. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!

If I could have done no stars I would have. It's been over a month,still no order received, customer service just keeps blaming everything on covid. I will never order anything from them again.

I didn’t have a problem getting my tee shirt my problem was that when I got the tee shirt and realized it was a Fruit of the Loom brand tee shirt I was not happy.. I paid $26.95 for a scratchy Fruit of the Loom. I will never order from this company again. I know someone that can make almost the same thing with a lot better quality tee shirt.

Ordered on May 14th and to date, June 22nd no sweatshirt. Don't know what the issue is, but not a positive experience so far. Generic response to my email.
