The absolute worse. I ordered my print in early December. It is almost February and I have not received my order. There is no proper customer service so you have to funnel all concerns through series of messenger prompts on their website to which they "will get back to you". I have submitted several requests which have sent me on a merry go round. If you have a specialize concern you are SOL! Hopefully they will do the right thing and provide a refund and close this annoying chapter. Not to mention all of the concerns around pirated works. I would not use them again nor would I recommend them. Very disappointed.

If I could rate them a zero, I would! They literally steal the artworks from legitimate black artists! They remove their signatures and watermarks and pass them off as their own. Absolutely terrible! VULTURES! DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

They have stolen so many images from legitimate Black artists! Don’t buy from them! It’s a terrible and illegal thing they are doing! They are a Vietnamese company—not Black-owned at all. Please don’t waste your money and please don’t contribute to plagiarism and intellectual property theft.

Do not buy from this company!! I bought a $120 worth of posters all are horrible qualities. My printer print better than that crap. You guys need to do better! this make no sense on the quality you showing online and what you actually send out to your customers. I don’t write reviews but this is very disappointing.

I purchased a beautiful print from this company. A fellow art lover asked for the artist and I then learned Teecozi takes prints from artists without credit or compensation. This is horrible and makes me regret spending money here.

NO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have stolen over 30 of my artworks and 100's of artworks from other artists. This is an Absolute Scam. I have tried to contact them to take down my art but it has clearly fallen on deaf ears. Please do not support this business.

Horrible company!!!!! Took my money and never delivered package. Not able to speak to anyone and they don't return emails.. Spreading the word via social media on how they rip ppl off.

Do not purchase!!! Terrible customer service. They double charged me for an order and won't issue a refund. They told me to contact my bank instead. Sooo disappointed!
