Never again. Tried to order my mom a tote bag for Mother’s Day and accidentally ordered the pillow. I emailed them the instant I had an order number to see if I could modify the order (as was stated that you could in the purchase confirmation email). However, I was informed that I could not modify in any way OR cancel the order. They could do literally nothing. Horrible. Don’t give them your money.

I ordered my mom a pillow for Mother’s Day. They shipped her the wrong pillow I filed 4 claims. They will not fix it. I will never order from them again. I don’t recommend ordering anything from them. All I wanted was to ship back the wrong item and have them send her what I ordered. You can not call them and speak to them and nobody personally responds to you by email. It’s all automated. A waste of $35 dollars. Never again!!!!

HORRIBLE! Made 2 different orders for pillows with state logos on them, 3 pillows total. ALL three had the incorrect states and Daughter/Son language incorrect. Still fighting with automated emails to try and get my RUINED Mother's Day gifts corrected and I've received NO response outside of automated emails. DO NOT use this business.

The T-shirt arrived sooner than expected but the state I specified was wrong! It should have said Texas but said Washington. Please advise what I need to do to get this resolved.

I wish it were possible to give this company a zero-star rating. They do NOT respond to any attempts to contact them, neither from their message process on their web site nor from direct attempts to reach them via telephone or email. The shirt they sent was not the same color as the one depicted on their website. They will do NOTHING to resolve the problem and I found out that cleverly hidden during the ordering process is the remark that they will send NO refunds no allow any returns. AVOID THIS COMPANY DESPITE THEIR CUTE MERCHANDISE.

Sizing is only for men. Measurement charts have no bust or hip measure. I bought 2 shirts, different sizes. Can't fit into the smaller & wear the big one to bed. So disappointed!
