These people are RIP offs. I placed a order for 2 masks then I got a receipt for 7 of them. I immediately tried to reach them to straighten out the problem but its impossible to find someone to talk to , email or text.

I ordered a face mask on April 25th. Not that long ago. I never received an order confirmation number. I have emailed them twice with no response. I can’t track because they want an order number. I don’t have one! Customer support is not answering. Should I be concerned? Not happy!

Buyer beware! I cannot expel on this company enough. There is a reason why this company does not have a phone number with which to contact them. After you place your order, they then let you know its going to be a couple of weeks before they are shipped. I tried to cancel the order and they will not let you. They led me to believe that my order was coming from a company in Indiana. Wrong! Its coming from overseas and I never would have placed an order with them. I am planning to give them bad ratings on every site I can find! Beware!

I ordered a face mask back on 4/19/20 as of yesterday 5/3/20 it had been "in-process" since 4/21/20. I tried to cancel the order because it still hasn't shipped. They told me "Due to the custom nature of our products" they could not cancel the order. There is nothing custom about the order, I ordered an item they already had in their website. Don't trust this company. If it hasn't shipped, they should be able to cancel the order.

I want to let you know that I ordered my phone case for for Samsung Galaxy S7 21 days age it has two large McCall parrots in an African gray parrot on that case. I paid $34.98 for this and I still waiting for it to come have you not sent it out yet where did it go

I would give a zero rating if I could. I tried ordering a couple of shirts from this site for my daughter. When trying to order, I kept getting an error telling me my order could not be processed and to try back later. I tried 3 times and got the same message. So I gave up. Mind you my orders are still in my cart yet.........they took $80 from my account and when dealing with customer service (which is a joke) they tell me they can not find an order. Of course they can't cause there is no order, it's still in my cart!!!!!!!!!! I can not get anyone from this site to refund my money. All I can do at this point is talk with my bank and dispute the charges. These people will steal from you and it will be HELL getting your money back

not happy at all. It is not what is pictured online. Very unhappy and they are doing nothing to fix it.
