I ordered two masks over a month and a half ago. I still have not received my masks. When I do reach out to their email system it's a scripted email this is the same thing. It does not give me an update on my order. I believe this company is taking advantage of the covid-19 situation. I understand there's probably a lot of orders and that they're backed up due to a pandemic. This is not how you conduct a big business. I believe this company is a fraudulent company.

J'ai commandé quatre masques animaux le 5 mai 2020 et le 5/06/20 je suis toujours en attente !!!! ça me parait inadmissible quand je consulte le suivi de ma commande qui me recommande encore d'attendre 14 à 20 jours !!! J'espère recevoir une réponse à mon message rapidement au moins pour savoir si vous remboursez ou bien si mes masques vont enfin arriver.

Will never order from this place again!!! Ordered a phone case and a mask. The phone case was nice but I never got the mask. Contacted them many times and they refuse to send the mask or refund the money. I would not recommend buying anything from them!!!

I ordered two masks. Very simple. Ordered at the end of April. Said it would take 14-21 business days and shipped in the US. Tried to email them and it was a bogus email. The phone number gives you a run-around.I wish I would have looked at reviews first. No one is having any luck with their ordered products from this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Avoid this company at all costs....they have no problem charging you immediately....yet the product is never arrives...they do not respond to emails and obtaining a refund is impossible...total rip off..

They are the slowest company that I have ever dealt with they do not respond to emails that you send to them.

I' ordered 2.mugs and 2 matching masks over 5wks ago .received 1 mug in 4wks. Just recieved 2mug with handle broke in pc's ! Still no masks but they sure kept my money (70$ worth!) and CAN NOT reach anyone to fix this ! Company is a joke!!! Beware!

I haven't received 😕 my masks yet 😕, so where are they. Then you will get a better review 😌
