We sought their help with a UX design, and they messed it up. The design seemed to have been created by a ten year old kid. It was ridiculous and awful. When asked for reasonable changes in the design, they took forever. Don't trust them with deadlines, as these terrible people lie blatantly and always make fake promises. Beware. Avoid making the same mistakes I did.
