The waiting time for access to a tech is much longer that it has been in the past.

The first tech (Catherine) I had was not good; she did not do what she should have done and/or what I needed to be done. She also said a senior tech would call back; I waited an hour & no call. I called again, got Kay who said after call ended a Sr tech would call...didn't happen. Later I got an email saying a tech tried to call but no answer...not sure why as I never left the room. Senior Tech Jan called and he was absolutely super !! He fixed everything and also restored my faith in T Sup. He knew his job & did it well; was also friendly.... reassured me of the value of your company. Blessings.... ....P.S. I forgot the Sr Tech told me I had 'sales' not 'tech'...I did not understand until I just read a review from Oct 2023 where that person said they get 'sales' not 'tech' when they call. I am paying for TECH support and fully expect when I call to get a TECH support person NOT someone in sales. Yesterday I had to be rude & tell the 'sales' person to STOP, that I was not buying anything--I just needed my computer cleaned. Now I understand why she did a lousey job; she's in sales not tech support. I now know whoever answers I will always ask for tech support. I shouldn't have to....

I have use the tech service for many years and I am always satisfied with the service I get in solving my problems with my computer. I compliment the company in choosing good people for serving the clients. Thank you

I can always count on this company fixing any problem I have.. expensive, but cheaper than buyer 5-6 new computers out of frustration. Much more dependable than Dell or Microsoft for assistance.

I still have window 7 which is no longer supported. Technician has to do a lot of upgrade manually and very patiently until it is done. I will soon be replace my computer but I appreciate the work. I have been using system mechanic for over 10 years on all my computer. It solves all my problems. This is the first time I have to work with a technician because of the unsupported window 7 and the experience is 100% positive

this young man was very helpful, very sharp and done this task in no time, he was truly professional and did not waste time to resolve the problem

After a slow start with local Tech Support who were more interested in selling me MyCleanID software, than solving my problem, I was transferred to a more knowledgeable Senior Support Technician who stuck with the problem until it was solved. Thank you Emanuel Cancino.
