TechMikeNY was founded with a vision to provide affordable, high-quality refurbished servers and data center equipment while reducing electronic waste. Our journey began in a Brooklyn garage in 2004. We started with a simple mission – to be the kind of company we would want to buy from. We specialize in both pre-configured, as well as custom-built servers. We help companies with smaller IT budgets afford a robust IT infrastructure without compromising on quality. Last and most important, we take pride in servicing each individual customer; we go above and beyond to always make sure our customers are 100% satisfied, no matter the cost.

Responsive and pleasant to deal with.
Responsive and pleasant to deal with. Several months has passed, we needed an Enterprise IDRAC license for our servers coming from the Express version. I inquired if our purchase from last year included an Enterprise license, to which they responded quickly, advising us that it is indeed included but the license was sent out by Dell a little later after the hardware shipped. No issues here, just impressed on the speed of their aftersales support, 9 months from the purchase date.

Great Service!
Took a couple of days to get the file, which is expected with IDRAC, but other than that everything went well and way cheaper than going to Dell! Support also answered my question quickly and helped me with any issues.

Great support and prices!
Buying used spinning disks is always a risk. I knew going into it there was a chance of getting some bad disks. A couple of the drives were throwing IO errors, but TechMikeNY's fantastic support team sprung into action and I had replacements with a couple of day. Fantastic parts, prices and service! At TechMikeNY, we have developed a suite of testing procedures -- distilled into our comprehensive testing software TIPS. Due to our use of TIPS and to our packaging and shipping procedures, we are able to provide industry leading low RMA rates on all storage leaving our facilities. However, once a drive is in the hands of a carrier, uncontrollable damage may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our team was able to get replacement drives sent out to you. Very good all around
Prices are good. I ordered some rails for a Dell server and they were shipped same day despite ordering in the afternoon. Shipping costs aren't bad. They are very responsive.
