Please note that all positive reviews for Techdrix are fake. I am a wedding planner who ordered several items from this company that is essentially based in Pakistan. I paid the full amount and have not received a single item- the wedding is tomorrow. It took quite a bit of begging to see proofs of anything. What I saw was frightening. The issue is that the western standard is something they cannot meet- with both craftsmanship and communication/ speed. Had an uncomfortable group call with a manager in Texas after it was going nowhere. He (rightfully) scolded the account manager- and assured me of proofs, delivery within a week and a refund. None of those occurred. It’s very difficult to find a trusted vendor overseas. I’m sure there are many out there- but this isn’t one of them. The worst professional experience of my life. Dishonest doesn’t begin to cover it.

Your order was placed through a third-party production vendor in Pakistan, and our role was to facilitate communication and help manage the project from start to finish. Your review unfortunately leaves out several important facts. Our team prepared the requested designs, shared proofs, coordinated the production process, and incurred production costs on your behalf. After production had already begun, you informed us that you no longer wanted the items. Despite the time, effort, and production expenses already invested, we still processed a refund as a gesture of goodwill. It is therefore inaccurate to state that nothing was done or to question our integrity. We have complete records of our communications, proofs, production updates, and the refund issued. While we respect every customer's right to share their experience, we also believe reviews should present the complete picture so that others can make informed decisions. For anyone reading this review, we believe in complete transparency.
