I recently dropped my phone on the road and my screen got several cracks. I wasn’t sure if it was cracked on the protector or my original screen. I call Tech Armour to tell me if I could remove the screen protector which customer service person I talked to was very helpful and it was very easy. Good news was that my original screen had no cracks. 👍. The Tech Armour ballistic has a life time warranty so I ask the customer service person if protector was still valid— it was all I had to provide is the order number and address and Tech Armour sent me a new screen proctor. BTW, I would have bought another Ballistic Glass Screen Protector if the warranty had expired because it is really a good product that protected my screen. I highly recommend the purchase of a Tech Armour ballistic glass screen proctor because it really protected my screen, was reasonably priced and Tech Armour stood by their product.

I am a previous Tech Armor customer from six years ago when I bought a screen protector for my iPhone 6 Plus. It cracked several times over the years and was replaced per the lifetime warranty. When I bought the new iPhone 12, I immediately ordered new glass protection. It arrived on time. I love the fact that it came with three protective covers as well as the installation tool. The cleaning tools and video support made installation a breeze.

After receiving my screen protector in the mail, I noticed it was damaged in shipping. I reached out to Tech Armor Customer Service and literally within 10 minutes after sending that first email, I received confirmation that a new screen protector will be sent to me within 3-5 business days. Possibly the easiest and most pleasant interaction I've ever had with Customer Service from any company.

I am loving this warranty. I will never buy anything but Armor Tech screen protectors. You guys make it so simple for getting replacement screen protectors. Not to mention protecting my glass screen. Thank you!!
