Hi! Just wanted to let you know how much I love your ballistic glass screen protectors. I’ve purchased through Amazon, for myriad devices for my family of 7, since 2016. Since finding your brand, we’ve not purchased another brand! I’ve never considered thinking of writing a thank you note until today. And here’s why: your instruction sheet came with an alignment guide AND it said “thank you for your purchase”. I believe ALL your instruction sheets say ‘thank you’ but I do not remember receiving an alignment guide. That seriously just made my day. What a delightful surprise ☺️ From a busy, working wife and mom, thank you for simplifying a chore. Well done!

They stand behind their product and have replaced my screen protector 3 times which has perfectly protected my iPhone X screen from damage from 3 years now!

I ordered the ballistic mobile phone screen protector. Soon after placing the protector on my phone, it cracked. I was so disappointed. I contacted Tech Armor and was told they have a warranty for those and it could be replaced. Immediately I ordered the replacement. They promptly sent me the replacement so I took the cracked one off preparing to put the new one one. The cracked one was NOT BROKEN ALL THE WAY THROUGH! It was cracked but still holding together. I was amazed. Thank you Tech Armor. You have my complete support.
