I installed the screen protector without much trouble, but it was not quite centered. Not a big deal because the screen is 98% covered. Only when I was done did I notice the "easy installation tray" and wondered what it was and how it worked. It's listed on the front of the protection pack box. I had followed the written installation instructions as closely as I could, but nowhere in the instructions is "installation tray" mentioned. Instruction Note 5 would have been a perfect place for it. The graphic for Note 5 is really insufficient to clearly communicate how it works. Again, it worked out for me, but I had to watch a video to see what you had in mind for the installation tray. Consider including "installation tray" in the instructions to make it truly "easy."

The Ballistic Glass screen protector for my iPhone Xr arrived on time. I watched the video, as requested in the directions but the screen protector I purchased did not match the video. So I emailed support and after some back & forth emails we sorted it out. And so far so good. There seems to be no deterioration in the sensitivity of the screen. I believe an updated video is needed, and some notes about the interface area between the screen protector and any case that is on the phone needs to be mentioned. Support was really good and very responsive. I have not dropped the phone yet, and hopefully never will, but I am confident the screen protector will do it's job.

I bought a screen protector 2 years ago with a limited life warranty. I had to order a replacement recently and the transaction was super easy and convenient as Tech Armor has its own site for you to do this as long as you have your original order info(Order# & Email). I don't give it 5 start because for some reason the site did not want to take my MC, so I had to reach customer service. They answered promptly and suggested to try another card and it worked. Super happy.

I got the screen protector for my iPhone 11 and within day it had cracked a little bit but then a month after wards it randomly would chip. I am getting replacement and will see how it does
